Webbed Surfing Gloves
I feel like I’m vibrating inside! O_O?
I know this sounds like a weird question but I’ve been having this “internal tremors” for about 2 months now, it’s like I’m always anxious and jittery, and I get this sort of “leaning against a generator” type of vibration in my head and arms, but other people can’t see me shaking or trembling. When I pause to see my hands and head they do shake slightly. I don’t drink coffee or tea, or other caffeinated beverages but I feel like I gulped down 5 cups of espresso the way I tremble in the inside. I’m in front of the computer most of the day (at work I’m sitting in my office staring at the computer for 8 hours, and at home I surf the web for about 3-5 hours) and I don’t know if that puts a strain on my muscles. I wear those computer gloves at home and make sure I’m sitting properly though. What could be causing this? I’m 27 years old by the way.
too much sitting around at a computer
take a 10 minute break from your desk every hour at work
cut you home computing down to one hour at home
get out a walk a brisk walk every night for an hour
eat fresh fruit and grains, and drink plenty water
Get to bed by 11pm at latest
