Winter Surf Wetsuits?

I currently live in Massachusetts. Being January, it is obviously quite freezing here. I have no idea how cold the water is, but I imagine it is extremely frigid. My question is, what would be the best wetsuit to wear in this weather? Yes, I know, I’m insane for wanting to surf while there is snow on the ground. Also, would you recommend booties, gloves, hoods? I have never surfed in the winter, therefore never used them before. Thank you for the help, it is much appriciated.

You’re probably want a 5/4/3 for that far north. Fit will be the biggest factor for you. All the makes fit different and it even varies with model of the suit, and girls have that many more curves to try to fit. You will definitely want booties and gloves, at least 5 mm. A suit with an integrated hood will be warmest. The O’Neill Mutant has an interchangeable neck so you can go between a hood and regular neck.

You’re gonna have to send some time in a surf shop trying them on to figure out what fits you best.
