What size surfboard is right for me? and what are some stretches of surf?

I had rented a table, but I decided to buy mine. I have 14 years I am 4 feet 8 and a half and weighs about 30 kgs. What advice is good business for me? What I can do exercises at home?

For starters, most of the work of normal stretching routine. NEVER stretch (I know – bad habit), but my friends who usually work on the arms and shoulders stretch your hamstrings. Like a surfboard, you need a surfboard that floats well enough to paddle and catch waves on your current skill level.
