how to beat 21461 (a) vc fail to obey sign (no right turn sign)?
it happened at ocean ave/16 street san francisco,ca. there was a lot of traffic at that time, so i have to focus my vision on the traffic from my left hand side and at front, and my GPS keep telling me to go straight , there no sign (no turn right sign) near the traffic light and there was a long cross street for amtrak rail so i kind of miss vision at the end of the road then later i found the road merged left. unfortunately i kind of missed 2 turn right sign on the road and only turn right sign on my right earlier that i later knew after i surfed in the internet at home.
is there anyway to avoid this tickit? thanks for the help all!
It is very easy to prove that you did not violate 21461(a) [or any other part of the vehicle code] at an intersection of Ocean Avenue and 16th Street in San Francisco. All you need is a map, to show that Ocean Avenue and 16th Street do not intersect, and are not anywhere near each other, so you could not have been at an intersection of Ocean Avenue and 16th Street.
