How is my diet today?
I asked yesterday and was given some pointers. I’ve taken them on board. This is what I have eated and plan to eat today.
06.15 Rice Crispies with semi skimmed milk
10.00 Bag of Light Crisps, 100cal
11.30 Wholewheat Pasta salad made with mixed beans, tuna and sweetcorn.
13.30 Small glass of milk and three rice cakes
15.00 Carrot sticks with hoummus (hummus?)
18.00 Chicken and Broccolli pasta bake
Me and my friend are in lose weight competition. She beats me at everything and I hate my body. It’s really important to me that I win this.
Please, please help me
I’d be so hungry I think I’d eat my own arms by bed time!
Instead of eating at 615 am, go for a 20-30 minute walk. That’ll get your ‘motor running’ and will start burning your fat.
Eat at about 730am and have a bigger breakfast.
For example:
0730 Cereal with skim milk; a tub of yoghurt and fruit of your choice, glass of water or coffee.
1030 a good selection of vegetable sticks and sml portion of hommus/glass of water.
1230 Pasta salad with tuna, mixed beans, fresh rocket and spinach, sweetcorn with low fat mayo and mustard dressing; serve of fruit, glass of water/coffee
1530 air popped popcorn/or youghurt and serve of fruit/or tossed green salad with cottage cheese/or vegetable soup/or diet jello/or low fat ice cream/or 10 rice crackers and tomato based salsa/or 2 low fat cookies…etc…glass or water/coffee
1830 Pasta bake, mixed salad glass of water…
I think being motivated to lose weight is fabulous even if you are in competition with someone else, but what happens when the competition is over? Will you still be committed to maintaining your healthy new weight?
Don’t forget to exercise!
