If I chose the Big Island or Oahu?
I move well Hilo, Hawaii Honolulu, Oahu, and really can not choose between the two since I've never been in any them. I want to learn to surf, go to the coffee shop and be in a green area. A city would be good, but still want the local stuff and perhaps not too loud or busy. I fear it is too Honolulu candidacy of a city is not enough space, but boring or fever island of Hilo. Any suggestions would be helpful. I know what they are like cities.
Me too, Oahu, by far, but again it really depends on if you like the slow life or not. Oahu has the best hospitals, shops, activities. Big Island is more rural and quiet, green, retrospectively. The volcano is located on the Big Island, so if you are allergic to VOG, so no want to live there. VOG also received from the trade winds that blow Oahu on the Big Island, but I could not live there. Too. If you live in Haleiwa, Kailua and Kaneohe on the side of Oahu, then perhaps that's where he likes, because it's quiet and green of the city, but not really. Most jobs are in Honolulu, but it's a city. Many good places to eat and lots to do, but to Honolulu. You can always come to Oahu and learn to surf, many fine beaches. What I recommend do is take a trip to a time before moving. Why move and hate it when you get here? Hilo and Honolulu are two very different places. People are different too. Auto is when you live on the Big Island and the need to go across the island. Although traffic can be hard on Oahu.
